SMS Terms & Conditions
 

Required by New Laws and RingCentral

1- SMS Consent Communication:

Information (Phone Numbers mobile opt in, sms consent) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. this includes phone numbers 

 

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If consent has been given to receive text messages from Green Light, messages may be received related to the following:

Hi, Welcome to SMS messages from Green light -Reply to send us a message or "STOP" to unsubscribe from receiving messages, std rates apply

Hi, We will be out tomorrow  between 6 and 7 to take care of you're pest services. -Reply to send us a message or "STOP" to unsubscribe from receiving messages, for assistance, text "Help". std rates apply​

Hi, We are on the way. -Reply to send us a message or "STOP" to unsubscribe from receiving messages, std rates apply​

​

3- Message Frequency:

You may receive up to 67 messages per week related to you billing/scheduling. This is not likely but we have been required to put a number here, so we picked 67 (sorry teachers =). Message and data rates may apply. If this is news to you, then kudos on getting online and reading this.

 

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

 

5- Opt-In Method:

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Green Light can be done in the following way:

By submitting an online form, and only by online form(s). We wanted to offer other options but that was rejected (again) by Ring Centrals hired policy reviewers. So do not notify by calling us, texting us, or by walking in and saying, Hey, I would like to opt in to messages. or something like that. Only submit via online form to opt in. Thank you. 

 

6- Opt-Out Method:

You can opt-out at any time by texting 'STOP.' or you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging. For assistance, text 'HELP', or call 916.320.8625 (rates apply here to)(no collect calls excepted), email us (rates may apply here also) or visit our [https://www.greenlighttermitepest.com/privacypolicy and https://www.greenlighttermitepest.com/termsofservice-sms

I hear public libraries, coffee shops and unsecured wifi services offer free access (not recommending this).

7- Help:

For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, help can be obtained directly from us at [https://www.greenlighttermitepest.com/privacypolicy and https://www.greenlighttermitepest.com/termsofservice-sms

Additional Options:

If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked. Just go right past it, borrow a friends phone and give us a call. 

 

8- Standard Messaging Disclosures:

Opt out at any time by texting "STOP."

Message frequency may vary it could be six or seven, maybe even 67. just depends on how the day goes.

 

But in all seriousness, we are here to help with your termite and pest. So if needed, and text, sms, emails, calls, borrorwing a phone is out of question, just safely flag us down and we can figure out the rest.
